1. Incorrect Links: Orders with incorrect or non-working links will be canceled and refunded to your Social-Growth.in account.
Repeated incorrect link submissions will not be eligible for refunds.
2. Partial Refunds: If an order is partially delivered, the remaining amount will be refunded. Example: If you ordered 1,000 followers but received only 500, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
3. Order Cancellations: Canceled orders are fully refunded to your account balance.
4. Running Orders: Refunds for active orders may be possible for some services but not for fast-delivery services.
5. Multiple Orders from Different Panels:
No refunds if you place the same order on multiple platforms.
Important Guidelines
No Refund to Payment Gateways: Refunds are only issued as credit to your Social-Growth.in account for future use.
Completed Orders: No refunds will be issued once an order is marked as completed.
Direct Refund Requests:Customers requesting refunds to their bank accounts must follow a verification process and pay a 50% processing fee.
Fraudulent Activity: Any suspicious activity will result in account termination and refund denial.
